Meadow honey is polyfloral honey, meaning bees collect it from many different meadow flowers - clover, dandelion, sage, thyme, and many others. Due to the diversity of plants it comes from, meadow honey contains a wide spectrum of nutrients and has a complex, rounded taste. Our meadow honey comes from the untouched meadows of Kosmaj, far from pollution.
