Acacia Honey

Acacia honey is one of the most prized types of honey in Serbia. It comes from the nectar of acacia flowers that bloom in late April and early May. It's characterized by its light, almost transparent color and extremely mild, floral taste without bitterness. One of the main advantages of acacia honey is that it crystallizes very slowly - it can remain liquid for up to a year, making it ideal for everyday use and sweetening beverages.
